Platinum Sponsors: HEADLINE SPONSOR PACKAGE
As headline sponsor you will benefit from a bespoke package tailor made to your own individual company requirements. Your brand will be clearly discernable above other sponsors and appear more prominently in terms of positioning and size. Your customisation will be above all other standard elements of the sponsorship package which naturally will be included in the headline sponsorship. The sponsor will receive headline sponsorship of the IR Excellence Awards 2009 and have full association with every element relating to the IR event of the year.

Pre-Awards
Exclusive headline sponsorship with company name associated with category in all promotion i.e. Investor Relations Awards for Excellence in partnership with or in association with Company logo and credits in all Awards promotion, including:

  • Company logo on Awards advertising running from January to May.
  • A place on the Awards Selection Panel for suitably qualified nominee.
  • Headline sponsor to be mentioned in all press releases.
  • Company logo, profile and web link on Awards website.
  • Logo and credit as headline sponsor throughout the Awards website.
  • Credits in email campaigns to potential entrants.
  • Logo on all invitations sent to attendees.
  • Logo and mention on all call to entry activity throughout the Awards campaign. This includes all direct mail, related editorial and banners.
  • The headline sponsor logo will be larger and more prominent than other sponsors logos.
  • Exclusive use of the IR Awards logo on your website and other communication.
  • Sponsor to have an arranged meeting with the organisation team to discuss particular issues and indeed other areas where sponsor and Acclaro might work together.
  • Invitation to full production run through prior to event.
  • Invitation to menu tasting (1 person).

On the Night

  • Exclusive full colour advertisement in the Awards programme distributed on the evening and “Word from our sponsor.”
  • Two tables in prime location at the Awards.

High profile at the Awards presentation evening to include:

  • Company VIP to present Grand Prix Award to the overall winner.
  • Credits in script.
  • Company logo in sponsors loop on AV screen presentation throughout the evening.
  • Company logo featured during sponsored category.
  • Logo, company description and credits in Awards programme distributed to all guests.
  • Logo on all related category coverage within the Awards issue.

  • Centre Pieces on the Tables (Sponsor to provide).
  • Branded ribbons that wrap around the table napkins (Sponsor to provide).
  • Sponsor Gobo in the main room (moving light of the sponsor Logo) – (Acclaro to set up).
  • Sponsor products strategically placed around the event (subject to organiser approval).
  • Opportunity of running a competition on the evening of the Awards (subject to organisers’ Approval).
